Did it only happen to Africans? No. This video gives a broad overview of slavery around the world. Where there were humans and people in power, there were people enslaved. Whether they were prisoners, captives, enemy tribes, or the unlucky kids born into it, slavery has existed since humans have settled down. It is illegal today. |
